In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Antietam has opened access to its 120 Community WiFi hotspots for everyone to use. Look for Antietam Broadband Wifi on your mobile device, or use the map found here: www.antietambroadband.com/internet/wifi-hotspots-map

Antietam Edu-Net Discounted Home Internet Service is now available to qualifying low income HCC students enrolled in full-time classes (12 credits or more). Through this partnership program, qualifying students can have internet service connected for up to 6 months at a rate of $15/month (first two months free during the COVID-19 crisis). Submitted applications will be reviewed by HCC’s Student Financial Aid Office and, if approved, shared with Antietam Broadband for their follow-up with students directly. The Antietam Edu Net program is also available to qualifying low income families with a student attending Washington County Public Schools who live in Antietam Broadband's service area. The program's discounted rate is $15 a month, with the first 60 days free for new customers during the COVID-19 crisis.

Charter is offering free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription and at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households. Charter is also opening its WiFi hotspots for public use. Click the link above to access a map.

In Comcast service areas, new Internet Essentials customers will receive 60 days of free service. Check out the link to see if you qualify.

If you live in an area serviced by Comcast, Xfinity WiFi hotspots are now free for everyone. See the map of available hotspots and select the "xfinitywifi" network to connect.
