Lunar New Year is celebrating the beginning of a new year and a chance at some good luck! Come and join us in the Student Center main dining room for some fun, music, food and more. This year is specifically the year of the wooden snake. In Chinese mythology, the snake is associated with malevolence and mystery, and finding a snake is considered a sign of good luck. People born during a wooden snake year (every 60 years) are considered to be calm, creative, and logical. Learn more at HCC's celebration.
