Want to send your student for LSC tutoring? Print a tutoring referral slip (or send one electronically). We also have referral slips for writing consultations.
Proof of Tutoring Visit
Want to confirm that your student worked with a tutor? We can provide a signed proof-of-visit slip. (It's also available electronically for online tutoring.)
