Writing Assistance

Online Writing Feedback

We offer emailed help with all writing assignments (not just English) at any stage of the writing process.

  • Please allow 48-72 hours or two to three business days to receive a response.
  • If you submit an assignment on Saturday or Sunday, the soonest staff can respond is Monday.
  • We will not respond to essays submitted on or received the same day they are due.

    Regular Hours: 

    Mon - Thur: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    Saturday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
    Sunday: Closed

    Dec. 16-22 and Jan. 6-12: 

    Mon - Fri: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    Sat & Sun: Closed

    Dec. 23 - Jan. 5: 

    College Closed (winter break)
