STEM Workshops

...can focus on specific topics, but they usually operate like tutor-led study groups. Bring your questions to discuss!

Follow these steps to sign up for a STEM workshop:

1. Check the list of scheduled workshops to see if you'd like to register for one.
2. If you don't want to register for a pre-scheduled workshop, schedule a workshop appointment instead.
3. You will get 3 emails:
   1. confirmation of placeholder appt.
   2. "cancellation" of placeholder appt.
   3. invitation to official workshop event.
4. Attend the workshop with 2 other students (or more).

Faculty: Here's how you can help your students benefit from LSC workshops:

• You can tell individual students to register for a pre-scheduled workshop.
• You can assign groups of 3-5 students and ask them schedule a STEM workshop appointment together.
• You can suggest a new LSC workshop and then ask your students to attend.

We can share workshop data if you'd like to verify that your students attended.
