President
Maya Mentzer- Officially represent the Pi Theta Chapter in the College and community, and at all PTK designated events.
- Prepare meeting agendas and preside over all Chapter business meetings and Executive Board meetings.
- Vote only in case of a tie.
- Oversee standing committees and establish new committees as necessary. The President shall serve as an ex-officio member on all committees.
- Present business to the organization.
- Appoint a committee to review and/or revise the chapter bylaws as needed.
- In consultation with the Executive Board, develop Chapter goals.
- In consultation with the Executive Board and Advisor, submit the Five Star Goal and Update Forms online by deadline.
Vice President
Brynn Lietuvnikas- Perform all duties of the president in the event of his absence.
- Appoint and establish any necessary committees.
- Provide support to all Chief Officers.
- Oversee the Honors In Action study topic, the College Project, and the College President meeting Pi Theta
- In consultation with the Advisor, prepare the Annual Report to be sent to Headquarters each spring.
- Coordinate with the President regarding Hallmark Awards.
Chief Officer of Leadership & Scholarship
Haley Himes- Perform all duties of the Vice President in the event of his absence.
- Encourage the development of leadership skills by researching and implementing leadership development strategies and seminars.
- Develop, schedule and lead workshops to promote and support PTK members applying for scholarships.
- Support the Vice President with PTK member completion of PTK Edge.
Chief Officer of Service & Fellowship
Caleb Baer- Co-Chair the service committee, which is responsible for researching, creating and recommending service activities and volunteer opportunities within the community, and coordinate Pi Theta Chapter service efforts.
- Serve as the official liaison between Pi Theta and community organizations.
- Co-Chair the fellowship committee, which is responsible for researching, creating and recommending fellowship activities encouraging scholarly fellowship at all levels of the Society.
- Serve as the official liaison between Pi Theta and other community college chapters.
Chief Officer of Fund Raising & Public Relations
Ariana Bond- Develop ideas to raise funds and lead fundraising activities.
- Keep a full record of chapter functions.
- Draft and submit press releases whenever possible to all area newspapers.
- Prepare and maintain the chapter scrapbook for regional, state, and international meetings and conventions.
- Support the Vice President with identifying chapter’s goals and progress by submitting the Five Star Progress Report online.
- Assist with social media PTK posts as needed.
Recording Secretary
Ava Lackner- Take and read minutes of meetings.
- Maintain records of the meetings.
- Maintain a file of chapter correspondence.
- Serve on the committee to prepare the Annual Report to be sent to Headquarters each spring.
- Track individual member participation in chapter meetings, events, activities and service projects.
- Document the process for both the College Project and Honors In Action Project to be used to complete the Hallmark Award for each.
Student Government Liaison
Jake Klauber- Assist the Executive Board to carry out any necessary duties or assignments.
- Serve on the Annual Report Committee to be sent to Headquarters in early Spring.
- The SGA Liaison is a non-voting member of the Executive Board.
- Provide any necessary student club general information at the Chapter meetings.
- Attend SGA liaison meetings.
