The Fletcher Faculty Development Center is Hagerstown Community College's center for teaching and learning. The center was founded in 2013 with a grant from the Alice Virginia and David W. Fletcher Foundation.
The Fletcher Center provides adjunct workspace, staff support, resources, and training and workshops to help the college’s full-time and part-time faculty achieve and sustain excellence in teaching.
The center is located in the Behavioral Sciences and Humanities Building, room 106 (BSH-106). It is open Monday through Friday to all faculty members.
Dedication ceremony marks completion of Arts and Science Complex at HCC - Article in the Hagerstown area Herald-Mail reporting on the dedication of renovated campus buildings and the opening of the Fletcher Faculty Development Center in March 2013.

Workshop and event lists include faculty professional development opportunities coordinated by Distance Learning, Learning Technology, and Fletcher Faculty Development Center.
HCC Faculty News is published electronically by the Fletcher Faculty Development Center for the faculty members of Hagerstown Community College and the staff members who support them. The newsletter is published monthly during the academic year.
