PaperCut

Hagerstown Community College uses the PaperCut print management system.

• Students must know their HCC login information in order to print from any library computer. Additionally, students may use their current HCC student ID cards to release print jobs from the Xerox machine.
• Students can use the PaperCut Web Print function to print from their own devices. They will need their student ID card and/or Active Directory login information to release jobs from campus printers. Students are not able to print from their phones.
• All credit students at Hagerstown Community College (HCC) will receive $25 per semester for on-campus printing, with a maximum accrual of $75.
• These funds will automatically be applied to HCC students' PaperCut accounts at the start of the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters, if registered for classes.
• All funds are non-refundable.
• If there are any questions or concerns, please text the IT Help desk at (240) 329-4489.
• Copying and printing services are charged on a per-side basis.
• Scanning to an email address or to a USB flash drive is always free.
