Work online, offline or both. The online versions of Microsoft apps use cloud storage and require internet access. The desktop versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are more robust, with more options and tools. The desktop version can be used without internet access. Save files to a local drive or to your OneDrive.

Microsoft apps can be downloaded to personal devices from your HCC Microsoft 365 account. From the Home page of your account, click on the Install apps button near the top right of the screen.
